Regarding rescheduling exams

Question

I have scheduled an exam with Pearson Vue which is on the coming 22nd of February, I reached out to them this morning to reschedule my exam. I tried by myself as well but I was getting some error online. When I reached out to Pearson over the phone, the Program coordinator denied my request due to a policy change on the Microsoft side (as shared) and asked me to contact directly with Microsoft to change it. So, I'm looking for some help here.
