Azure B2C custom page layout not reflecting changes in template

Trying to develop a custom page layout for my User Flow. When changing the content in the blob storage, updating the Custom page URI or even turning off the option to use a custom template - no changes are reflected when running the user flow either from the portal or from my app. This is making it incredible hard to develop with b2c, please advice on a fix or a way to force the cache to be cleared. The changes are not reflected in a private browser window either.

Hi @Tom Andrews , can you please try the following troubleshooting steps and let me know your results?

Clear the Browser Cache: Even though you’ve tried a private browser window, ensure that you clear the cache in your regular browser settings as well.

Check for Blob Storage Propagation: Sometimes changes in blob storage may take some time to propagate. Ensure that you’ve given it enough time for the changes to reflect.

Update Page Layout Versions: Azure AD B2C periodically updates page layout versions to include fixes and improvements. Make sure you’re using the latest page layout version.

Inspect User Flow Configuration: Double-check your user flow configuration in the Azure portal to ensure that the custom page URI is correctly set and that there are no issues with the user flow itself.

Wait for the cache to expire: Azure B2C caches custom page layouts for a certain amount of time. If you wait long enough, the cache will expire and the changes should be reflected.

Use a different browser: If none of the above solutions work, try accessing the page from a different browser. This will ensure that your browser is not using any cached data.

I'm having the same issue. I've cleared the cache, tried different browsers, updated to the latest page layout version, and ensured that the custom page uri I'm using is updated, but I'm still having the same issue that the user flow is not reflecting the changes. I can see there are logs and CSS properties from a previous version that is no longer on my branch. What can be done?
