Outlook 2024 - where is 'actions' now... 'Open in browser' seems gone completely

It used to be that in Outlook (desktop) you could choose Messages|Actions|Open in Browser.
This was the only built-in way to print a message without all the TO: From: BlahBlah: header information. Not the most straight-forward but at least it worked.

Now all that seems gone completely. Can't find Actions. Can't find a way to Open in Browser.

Just like windows 11 this upgrade feels like a step backward with features taken out.

Ok - update - There is an actions button/menu. But only if you open the message in its own window. IE: Double-click it to make it a stand-alone window not a pane in the main Outlook program.

I stand by my statement that each update is worse than the version before just like Windows 11.

With every update its an additional step, another window, another layer of user action required and thus another layer of productivity drop. It may not seem like much on one email - but do this 100 times a day and it adds up fast.
