Access Review with Microsoft Entra ID P2

Hello,

I'm trying to find out how can i create the Access review "Inactive Users recommendations" that is included with Microsoft Entra ID P2, according to the documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/id-governance/licensing-fundamentals). Where in the portal can I create this?

When you create the review, select this option:
