[bug-keyvault-networking] - Keyvault networking not working properly

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1.Create Keyvault with default option
2.Add public ip in "Allow public access from specific virtual networks and IP addresses" & also add virtual network and apply.

  1. refresh the page 2-3 times , azure sets automatically option "Disable public access" even I have added the public ip.

This shouldn't be the expected behavior.

    Hi , Welcome to MS Q&A

    Please check if there are any Azure policies or Key Vault access policies configured at Management group or subscription level that might be conflicting with your configuration. To resolve, Make sure that there are no policies in place that automatically disable public access.

    Please check below Image for policy which needs to be removed if in place
