Request for modified content filters in Azure.

How can I obtain modified content filters for Azure?

I work in the medical field where I input operative reports from medical records into Azure, which sometimes contain graphic medical details (about the procedure or the injury). However, Azure's content filters prevent me from using these operative notes from those medical records, which is extremely problematic for my work since I need to use Azure on all of my medical records. I applied for modified content filters but was rejected for being "Unmanaged." Can anyone assist me in acquiring modified content filters?

@Michelle I believe if your account or subscription is not under the managed account list the access would be denied by the gating team.

If the user is unsure or does not know status of their account i.e if it is managed by MS account team or not, Azure limited access services documentation encourages users to submit the form for limited access services as you have done above, and they will validate if your subscription is under managed list. I hope this helps!!

Hi, @romungi-MSFT - thanks so much for answering my question.

We are not a managed user, but we really need these content filters modified because we work with healthcare documents that are being filtered out. How can we do one of the following, either:

Become a managed user or

Talk to someone about getting an exception to for these content filters (as it's necessary for our work)

If neither of these options are possible, are there other ways to work around these content filters for our medical documents?
