Email OTP not available in user's email account

Hi,

Q1. I have enabled the email otp as below.

Why the user still don't have Email OTP option for selection if don't want to install Authentication app?aa1

Q2: After login webmail on the computer once, can the browser be trusted so that don't to ask authentication again on the same computer?

    I noticed that your target is group, I suggest you change it to all users to test it.

    Regarding the last question, it is related to the Micscroft Entra ID, so I added the Micscroft Entra ID tag. Thanks for the support and understanding.
