Teams says not enabled

Hi , I am the admin for my organisation, we have Office Business so Teams is included. I am trying to set up teams but it keeps saying that it is not enabled. I have tried everything on the various help pages but nothing seems to make it work?

    Hi JohannBoorman,
    Could you provide us a detailed error message with a screenshot?
    Which Office 365 Business do you have? Office 365 Business Premium and Office 365 Business Essentials include Teams.
    Do you assign the Microsoft Teams license for this account?
    Make sure that the coexistence mode in the Microsoft Teams admin center is not Skype for Business Only. For more details about coexistence mode, you can read this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/teams-and-skypeforbusiness-coexistence-and-interoperability.
