Logging out and back in causes my internet to become unstable for a minute.

This issue keeps randomly appearing and has been appearing for a while now. Though rebooting my computer temporarily fixes it, it will just keep coming back in around a day of uptime.

Every time I log back into my windows account, my internet becomes unstable for over 30 seconds. I can't tell if it's worsening over time, but it appears so.

This is what my connectivity looks like before logging out: User's image

The weird thing is that other user accounts when recently signed in don't experience this issue, and that this issue would just suddenly disappear (and come back).

When I try to use the internet connections troubleshooter from additional troubleshooters right after logging back in, it never detects an issue.

I have installed some proxifiers, npcap, and others, but is still persisting when uninstalled.

I will answer some questions if you have any.

    Hello,

    Please check the following settings.

    Change power management Settings:

In the Device Manager, locate your network adapter and right-click on it.

Select the Properties -> Power Management TAB.

Uncheck the "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" option.

    Check user account Settings:

Check whether your user account has special network Settings or policies applied.

Try creating a new user account and see if the same problem occurs again.

Check firewall and network security software:

Make sure your firewall or network security software is not blocking the network activity of your user account.
