GPO mail signatures problem

We apply e-mail signature to our users via gpo. However, in 30 percent of cases, the e-mail signature file arrives corrupted when the computer is started and therefore the signatures do not work. We are waiting for your help on this issue.

2024-07-14T05:15:58.4166667+00:00 The Signatures folder gets corrupted while the computer is starting up and importing the policy from the gpo. No matter what I did, I couldn't solve the problem.
