I am also lacking access to the Credentials page that is preventing me from fully verifying myself. I have been making tickets everywhere but still have not gotten an answer after bit over a month now

I'm experiencing the same issue, and I can't get the Contact Us link that Junjie Zhu - MSFT posted to work. It brings me to a page with this error:

The request is blocked.

I've opened 4 tickets for this and the only response that I've received was from someone telling me that the ticket was closed.

Have you ever opened a ticket before just like Junjie mentioned here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-sg/answers/questions/1661168/no-permission-when-access-verifiable-credentials-f. I know that you can't open a ticket now, but if you have already opened a ticket before, maybe I could ask the team to take a look at it.

I do have multiple tickets open with different areas including the free support ticket of which 1 was already closed due to no real resolution being met.

If you have opened a ticket via the way Junjie suggested and you haven't got a report more than 3 business days, you could share your ticket number here. I'll try to contact the Store team to see if we could help.
