How the deploy Azure Logic Apps to Azure Devops

Question

1. How to deploy the Azure Logic Apps to Azure Devops Pipeline.
2. How to Mask particular data for Example the credentials in Azure Logic Apps.
3. I want to Log only a few fields ex. Name , Location and not other fields ex. Username and Password below but in Any connector If I select Secure Input all the Input will be secured wherein I want to Log data of few fields.
