Hi,

I have a Dell MTR PC running W11 IoT in a Teams Room. The SSD has issues and Dell sent me a new one, but the image on the SSD is W11 Pro not IoT so I simply cannot get it to work.

Does anyone know how to get hold of an official W10/11 IoT Image for a Teams Room PC?

I have tried factory resetting the original SSD, I get to the setup part and click 'get started' but the PC just hangs and doesn't do anything.

Dell have pointed me to Microsoft for help...help!!!!

    Hi @Andrew Church

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is not in our support scope. The following suggestion is for your reference:

Microsoft Teams Rooms requires the Windows IoT Enterprise or Windows Enterprise SKUs under the Global Availability Channel servicing option. These other Windows editions aren't supported:

    • Windows Enterprise Long-term Servicing Branch (LTSB) / Long Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) editions
    • Windows Internet of Things (IoT) Enterprise LTSB / LTSC editions
    • any other edition of Windows such as Windows Pro or Home edition

For more details, refer to Microsoft Teams Rooms app version support.
