- Check if the client device is scanning for software updates compliance. You can check this by running the Software Updates Scan Cycle action on the Configuration Manager client and reviewing the UpdatesDeployment.log file on the client device.
- Check if the updates are applicable to the client device. You can check this by reviewing the UpdatesHandler.log file on the client device.
