Windows Admin Center RBAC upload never completes.

Question

We have a Windows domain managing our test environment. It consists of a pair of DCs and multiple member servers, some of which are HyperV servers. As we are now planning on expanding our HyperV footprint, we have implemented windows Admin Center to centralize management across the domain.

All of the member servers will add to the WAC and are able to be managed. When I try to apply RBAC, it never completes.

On the target servers, I see nothing in event viewer that would indicate a problem. Watching Wireshark, all traffic into the servers is via port 5985.

I am at a loss as to what to check at this point. Ideas?

Hello,

If you're not receiving any errors, try using PowerShell to complete your action. If something is stuck or an error occurs, you can directly retrieve it from the PowerShell console.
