We have used MS team API available publicly to integrate the teams platform for our customers to leverage. We have been facing an issue where image sent via teams and fetched in our platform, do not load and shows error. Upon internal investigation, we found out that there might be some issue on Microsoft end itself due to which images grabbed are not getting loaded. This is causing a lot of frustration and workflow related issues for our clients. I have attached image of the error below.

Hi Mudra Surana - Thanks for raising the query. The issue with image loading in Microsoft Teams as a file size limit exceedance. To resolve this, you can:

Adjust the maxMediaCount in the selectMedia function to fetch fewer images within the ~30 MB limit.

Check the sizes of the images being selected to ensure they don't surpass the size limit.

Microsoft's engineering team is aware and working on enhancing the platform's size boundaries. Please stay updated with Microsoft's announcements for future improvements.
