Hi @Patrick Barth ,

To remove a SharePoint shortcut locally in OneDrive, you can follow the method below:

Open the OneDrive folder on your device.
Find the shortcut folder/file that has a small link icon.
Right-click the shortcut folder/file and select Delete.
Then the shortcut gets deleted. You can find it in the recycle bin.

Yanli, if you do this, the popup tells you that you are also deleting the files locally and in Onedrive. We don't need to delete files online.

I have an the same, where we want to remove a shortcut of SharePoint document in Onedrive, but no way to be found a solution.
