frequent phone-signin enrollment

Hello,
on my latest android 14 device, in MS-authenticator I have added couple of accounts as shown in the picture. I am finding that after couple of days, the phone-signin registration is demanded again and again.
What is the reason behind such wrong behavior ?
I have to hit "CONTINUE" button to complete the phone-signin registration.
