Unable to create new team

Hi everyone,

One of our tenant having an issue with Teams for the past few days. He unable to create a new team. Here is what I have tried but to no avail:-

  • Tried with desktop and web version, from another PC as well.
  • Tried with another account under same tenant.
  • Checked Group settings in Azure portal and "Users can create Microsoft 365 groups..." is enabled.

I have submitted a case with Microsoft from M365 portal but have been remark with " No issue found".

    Hi @IntriousTechFit

    According to your case description, the administrator encountered the "We couldn't complete that action" error when creating a team. This is a known issue, and our team is urgently fixing it. It is expected to be fixed in next Monday's update.

    In the meantime, your administrator can use the Graph API to create a team from the Teams Admin Center. Please refer to this documentation for specific steps.
