I want to use the Graph API to send Teams chat messages and subscribe to messages in specific chat rooms to integrate with our application. I don't expect to use any APIs that metered in this process. Is a Microsoft Azure service subscription mandatory?

    Hi yj - Thanks for raising the query. Using the Graph API to send messages and subscribe to chat rooms in Teams does not require an Azure subscription if the APIs are not metered. For non-metered APIs, you can proceed without an Azure service subscription. For more details, please refer to the Microsoft Graph documentation
