    Do you open the file from local OneDrive sync folder directly?

    Does this issue occur with opening file from OneDrive online? Or did you map the OneDrive as a network drive, then open file from this network drive?

    I suggest you clear OneDrive credential:

    • Close OneDrive.
    • Go to Start -> Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts > Manage your credentials.
    • Then clear the related account credential.
