Hi,

I have several email address in my outlook profile. When I reply, 90% of the time, outlook will reply using the receiving email address. On occasions, it uses the default email address of the profile. If I'm not checking it will become an issue with emails going out from the wrong address.

Need help to ensure this issue is fixed.

Thanks in advance,

    Hi @Ravi Rambukwelle

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on my research, even if there are many accounts in a profile, outlook will reply using the receiving email address by default, and it goes well. However, if you are still worried about the occasional eventuality, it is suggested that please be patient to check the 'From' before sending emails.

In addition, if the issue persists, it is recommended that please try to upgrade the Outlook to the latest version.

    Hope it helps!

    Thanks for your answer JH,

I do check as I had issues and it still keeps happening intermittently. Can not find a common tread in the emails that have the issue.
