microsoft azure service plan auto switch from free to d1 shared

i am using azure to host my website. i use free plan. but totay i received a bill. i check it, look like plan is be switched to d1 shared

    Hi @nguyen dat thanks for bringing this our attention. when did this change occur? did you exceed any resource limits? Azure App Service plans do not automatically switch from the free tier to a paid tier.

    Here are a few things to keep in mind:

    1. If you want to use a tier beyond the free option (Free or Shared), you'll need to remove any spending limits on your Azure subscription. This allows you to incur charges for the chosen tier.
    2. If you want to switch back to the free plan, you can do so in the Azure portal. Make sure to turn off the “Always On” feature of the Web App from the App Settings before changing the App Service Plan
    3. Consider setting up spending limits or alerts to avoid unexpected charges in the future.
