To better assist you to solve the problem, could you please describe more about the error?
- Does the error occur recently? If so, is there any specific operation did you do before the error occurred?
- Did the error occur on the Outlook desktop client? If so, to further confirm if the error is more related to Outlook desktop client, please log in to your web mail and do the same operation to check if the error persists.
- What is the version of your Outlook? It is recommended that please check the Outlook client version (File>Office Account>Product Information) and try to upgrade to the latest version to see if the problem is resolved.
In addition, considering data file corruption, it is proposed that you create a new profile, re-add your account to the new profile and check if the same error still occurs.
