Can't Recieve SMS Code! Why can't i have the code?

Alright, here the problems

-How can i verify my identity if i can't even get the SMS Code?

-How can i add alternative email if you guys didn't even send the SMS Code?
-How can i add another protection meanwhile this whole system telling me to verify my identity, yet no SMS Code recieve?

-Why i cant't recieve the SMS code? you like "We texted your phone ****. Please enter the code to sign in."

Yet i'm waiting like 1 hour 2 hours 3 hours 24 hours, but no SMS code recieved

Where is me SMS CODE ?

Edit: I managed to get SMS Code after i revert back to windows 10.

Alright, i managed to get the SMS Code after i revert back to Windows 10 strangly.
Cased closed ! not gonna used Windows 11 for a moments until they fixed this problematic issue.
