Error When Migrating Test Plan and Test Suites Using MigrationTools-15.0.4

Question

When we try to migrate the Test Plan and Test Suites using the configuration JSON below in MigrationTools-15.0.4 version, and I am an administrator for both projects, we receive the error shown in the screenshot. How can we fix this issue? Please provide the solution.
