Could you please confirm if the managed identity named: KekIdentity
existed in your subscription or deleted?
You may experience the error message: Failed to load one or more resources due to no response, error code 400
when you don't have permission to access the synapse workspace.
To validate this, you can open Azure Synapse studio and check the permission of the managed identity which you are trying to access the synapse studio.
