Why can't I register for Azure for Student even though I used edu email?

I'm having trouble signing up for Azure for Education and I'm hoping someone can help!

I'm getting an error message that says "You do not have access. Sorry but our systems are detecting a problem with your account and are unable to validate your access."

I'm using an email address provided by my university, and I can see my school listed as a supported institution. Some of my classmates have already successfully signed up for the program, so I'm not sure what the issue could be.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello Cu Nguyen Giap,

Thank you for posting your query in the Microsoft Q&A Community.

This issue might be because your school email address may not be eligible for the Azure for Students subscription.

Kindly click on this link to get more information about this as this has been discussed in the thread.
