Unscripted Speech support the same as a feature of Pronunciation Assessment . You can set RefenceText in the parameter part to leverage it as this document -

The ReferenceText parameter is optional. Set the reference text if you want to run a scripted assessment for the reading language learning scenario. Don't set the reference text if you want to run an unscripted assessment.

But please be aware that Content and prosody assessments are only available in the en-US locale, for pricing differences between scripted and unscripted assessment, see Pricing.
