Thunderbird and Outlook SMTP Issue

Hi! Our email server recently migrated from Media Temple to Microsoft and, like many people, we are able to receive messages but not send them while using Thunderbird. Everything works fine while using the Outlook app but we would prefer to stick with Thunderbird. I have gone through the process and updated both the SMTP and IMAP settings to no avail.
I have followed all instructions from Mozilla and am still unable to send emails from our accounts. The only account able to both send and receive is our admin account but we have several more that have restricted access. Does anyone know if there are additional settings that we need to configure in the Microsoft Entra admin center so that all users can send emails? Thanks!
