I currently used up 140GB on my OneDrive, and my OneDrive account is logged in my (C:) so my (C:) is also used up 140GB. However, 140GB is over my (C:) storage, so how can I remove that 140GB away from my (C:)? I have tried the "Free up space" option but it didn't reduce the storage.

Your OneDrive File on Demand option must be not set, please set it at on to really save space.

To do so; free up your space, logoff onedrive, uninstall onedrive, remove the local cache folder, and after reinstall and activate File on Demand, it will only download file you use.

Windows Insiders can now try out OneDrive's Files On-Demand feature ...
