The requirement is that when a team is deleted, the data must remain in a location that users cannot access, like a legal hold, for 455 days
→What settings would be required in that case?
→Does compliance center retention policy fullfill this requirements??

But in my image Retention policy is to set the sites and files to restrict delete isnot it？？？
But Is it possible to keep data even after deletion of 455 days????
like Teams and Sharepoint???

Retention policies can cover all content in Teams, including chats/threads/files and so on. As detailed in the article above, you might need to configure multiple policies if you want to cover everything, i.e. one or more policies for Teams + one or more policies for Groups/Sites. As above said, you could configure multiple policies to all of your data.
