I'm having a problem whereby my document looks fine on the screen but sometimes when I print it leaves 2 lines blank. It's a poem so in a verse of six lines there's just a space where two lines should be. It's not consistent, sometimes it does this, other times it's fine and prints ok. It always looks ok on the screen. Friends have reported that they experience this problem with my documents too on occasions, so it feels like the problem is in the document. I've previously experienced this with Open office and switched to Office 365 and all has seemed fine for the last 6 months, but it's started again now.

It always seems to be half way down the printed page.

I'm using Windows 10 and an up to date version of Office 365.

Does the document look correct when you view the preview at File > Print?

Also, you can try converting the document into PDF and then see if the PDF prints properly.
