    @Francesco Gatto,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    From your description, I know you have created a policy to set lock code for Android device but get some error.

    To clarify this issue, please share with us the following.

    1.Could you let us know how the devices enrolled in Intune? Are they both Android Enterprise Fully managed? Or other enrolment methods?

    2.Due to Q&A only support English, could you please provide the screen shot of the configuration policy in English?

    3.How do you assign policy for previous enrolled device and new enrolled device?

    If there is any update, feel free to let me know.

    Hi , @ZhoumingDuan-MSFT ,

    thank you the answer.

    1. the devices are "android enterprise fully managed".
    2. this is the screenshot of my configuration:

    3. the policy is enforced through a group containing the devices that enroll to MDM. in the case of the working phone, he required me to set the code during enrollment. The others, however, are already in use by users and have already enrolled, so I would like to apply the profile to them now

    I hope I have explained myself in the best possible way.

    Thank you for the support

    Hi,

    thanks for your reply. i think the not being able to set the password via mdm is really a pity. i added the user group as you suggested.

    i will try to add mi request in the portal https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/ hoping that maybe this option will be added.

    Thanks again and have a good day
