Dear Community,

i have a strange issue since the last office update to the version 1808 Build 10412.20006.

We are using DFS and have policy set trusted locations active in our company.

One of our user reported, that since he got the update, he gets the issue "Some files can contain viruses or otherwise be harmful to your computer" when trying to use the "Back" Command to jump back from references.

I think there is an issue with the resolution of the dfs namespaces since the update, because he opens the file from our dfs path but word states the actual fileserver path in the virus issue.

i have checked the trusted locations many times but it is not working with our dfs path but when i mount the fileserver share manually and trust it in the trusted locations settings, it works just fine.

Appreciate you help.

BR Marcel
