Blob trigger stop working and when restart it loses son files

Question

I have a blob trigger to an storage account. It work usually but sometime it have some gaps of hour 10-12 or something similar which is not triggerign even with new files.

Then when it starts to work again it try to process all the files or at least that looks like. However some of them are missing and there is no clue about it.

The blobtrigger are in .net and they have as ouput a service bus.

We trace the name of the blob in app insight and for that we know we have lost some of them.
