Hi
I am the Azure tenant admin which we have 25 users. The Azure tenant is deployed using Spain as a country for deployment or Someone before me use Spain as an address for the Azure tenant. I am trying to create an Azure subscription, and it asked me for payment details, then I try to put my credit card details and my billing address (which is USA address), but the Sign up form doesn't allow me to put the USA Address. It only has Spain & other European countries in the "Country" filter. Can anyone help on how I can use my USA credit card?

@SpainO365 Live Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, Thank you for posting your query here!

It sounds like you're facing an issue with the country filter in the Azure subscription sign-up form. This is a common problem when the Azure tenant is set up with a specific country, and the billing address needs to match that country.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

Update the Billing Address: You might need to update the billing address associated with your Azure tenant to match the country of your credit card. This can be done in the Azure portal under the billing section. However, this might not always be possible if the tenant was initially set up with a different country.

    1. Contact Support: If updating the billing address is not an option, you can contact Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you change the country associated with your Azure tenant or provide a workaround for using a credit card from a different country.
Billing and Subscription team would be the best to provide more insight and guidance on this scenario:, it's free, and it's the best choice for you.

Additionally, here are some general steps you can follow based on the information available online:

Change Payment Method: You can change the default payment method of your Azure subscription to a new credit card or previously saved credit card in the Azure portal. You must be the Account Administrator to change the credit card[1].

    1. Update Billing Region: If you have moved countries or need to update your billing region, you can do so by logging into your Microsoft account and editing the country/region under your profile settings
    2. Use a Different Payment Method: If the above steps do not work, you might consider using a different payment method that matches the country filter in the sign-up form
