How do I sign into Workday if I have not received a 6 digit code?
Hello,
I have been trying to sign into Workday but it prompts me to verify my account through the Authenticator app using a 6 digit code , but I cannot verify this as I have not received a code anywhere. I have checked my messages and my email but there is no code.
I did some research online and I found that the admin of my account has to re-register my multi-factor authentication. I am not the admin and I cannot access the admin centre as I don't have permission. I have no idea who the admin for my account is, and I have asked my work managers and they are not sure who it is either.
The Microsoft support community referred me to this community and I hope my issue can get fixed. I am not sure how to resolve this and I need access to my work schedule asap. Help.
