Kindly verify the SAS Token has not expired, it is not IP Protected or it has the correct IP and it incudes the correct permissions , also the level of resources aka Service, Container or Blob
If it is impossible to find out , create a new SAS with the exact permissions you need
Also verify access to Storage Account is allowed from Workspace and policies in the Container level are not blocking the request .
