If you've never logged in to Azure Sphere before, use the register-user command to register a user with the Azure Sphere Security Service:

Thanks for the response. I was able to resolve this yesterday by troubleshooting at my level. Yes! I did "Register User" first.
azsphere login --newuser abc@xyz .onmicrosoft.com
Than I created the tenant
azsphere tenant create "Abc Xyz"
It worked for me.
