Hi everybody,

I'm trying to setting up a FSLogix profile system, and get this error:

48773-grafik.png

The GPO is setup that the VHDX will be stored on a local shared folder (for offline use) and a network share with this configuration:

CCDLocations Type REG_MULTI_SZ
type=smb,connectionString=\%computername%\FSLogix\Profiles;type=smb,connectionString=\SERVER\fslogix\profiles

For testing I have granted all domain users/computers access with rw on both paths, so I can be sure it's not caused of access rights.
I also added them on the local include list for FSLogix Include.

I'm testing with completely new users, no user has already a VHDX profile, so FSLogix has to create a new one, but instead of this I get the error message.

Has anyone a hint for me?

for us this issue occurred as the profiles folder in the fxlogics storage container in azure had 350GB allocated to it but it had reached 351GB. we increased this inside azure and it worked.

    Hello @ManuelS

Here is the general Trouble Shooting Guide for FSLogix products you might try first.

You can also look at the profile status in the computer by loading the FSLogix Profile status tool located in C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello @Karlie Weng

    thank you for your answer.
I can't launch the FSLogix Profile Status utility, because the error i get is during the login of the user.

If i open the taskmanager and start the frxtray.exe it does not pop up to the screen, because it's a tray app and I get no tray.

I got this log by login in as local user:

[11:37:00.541][tid:00000c34.000000d0][ERROR:00000021] LoadProfile failed. User: testuser. SID: S-1-5-21-*******-*******. (Der Prozess kann nicht auf die Datei zugreifen, da ein anderer Prozess einen Teil der Datei gesperrt hat.)

I don't know why, but the lofile says, that the file is currently blocked by another process.
I have attached the whole logfile, if you want to read it.

Maybe you can help me through...
