How to connect a new phone on Microsoft Autentificator App? Backup is not working, the old phone is not working anymore!

I used to have a Note 8 phone, but I changed it a couple of months ago. I had installed Authenticator App on the old one, and when I installed on new one, two of my accounts cannot be added. There are business acounts.
