Based on your description, I understand that you have registered your application in another tenant but are unable to see the service principals, even though you have the necessary permissions.
To better understand the scenario, I would like to know if you created this application via the App Registration blade or the Enterprise Application blade? If you've added this application as a multi-tenant application in another tenant, you can find the service principal under Enterprise Applications. Please follow the steps below:
- Sign into the Azure portal @ https://portal.azure.com
- Go to Microsoft Entra ID.
- Go to Enterprise Applications.
- Find your app by typing its name.
If you cannot find your application, check whether it may have been accidentally deleted. You can view soft-deleted applications from the App Registrations section:
- Sign into the Azure portal @ https://portal.azure.com
- Go to Microsoft Entra ID.
- Go to Application registrations.
- Then select the Deleted applications tab
