You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:
- Ensure your Windows and Microsoft Store apps are up to date.
- Microsoft. AAD. BrokerPlugin may be damaged, attempt to repair or replacement.
- Use the DISM tool and system file check tool to repair system files.
Run the command prompt (administrator), enter the following command and press Enter:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Wait for the scan to complete and restart the computer.
