Not seeing my cert info in my profile

Hello Team,

Please note that I already passed Az-100 exam and it not showing in my profile.

Here is my cert ID

Microsoft Certification ID: <PII removed>

Also I scheduled another exam Az-104 too which also not showing in my profile.

Could you pls take a look this.
