How to use Copilot within Microsoft 365 apps without an enterprise subscription?

I am using an enterprise version of Microsoft 365 that doesn't include a Copilot subscription. However, I would like to access the Copilot features within my Microsoft apps such as Word, Excel, Teams, and Loop.

I know that I can purchase a personal Copilot Pro subscription that will give me these features, but then I have an issue of workflow integration — most of my work requires my organizational credentials, which I use to access Teams, Outlook, Loop, OneDrive (where most of my files reside), etc. And it seems impractical for me to jump back and forth between my personal and work accounts.

Is there a workaround that I can use? I.e. if I get a Copilot subscription using my personal account, can I somehow integrate it with my workflow using my enterprise credentials/account? or are there other automations or hacks I can use?
