The current version of MECM we are using is 2303. (No Hotfixes Installed)
We would like to upgrade directly to version 2403, but we have some doubts :
-Can we upgrade by making the jump directly to version 2403 ?
-Before upgrading to version 2403, we must necessarily first install all Hotfixes for version 2303 available in Console (KB24719670 - https://aka.ms/KB24719670)
-Before upgrading to version 2403, is it necessary to install version 2309 and subsequent hotfixes ?

Yes, you can upgrade to 2403 from 2303 directly.
You do not need to install hotfixes for version 2303.
It's not necessary to install version 2309 and subsequent hotfixes.

Successful upgrade to 2403, but we are detecting an anomaly :
On the MECM Server itself, the agent upgraded to the Major Version (5.00.9128.1007), but did not upgrade to the hotfix version (5.00.9128.1030).
On the other managed clients and servers, however, it is correctly updating to version (5.00.9128.1030).
The MECM Console is reported to be correctly updated to version (5.2403.1171.2400).
Note : After upgrade, we directly installed the hotfix (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/hotfix/2403/28204160).
Is it normal that on the MECM Server the agent has not updated to the hotfix version (5.00.9128.1030) (KB28204160)?
