Copilot verify your age error

I have bought a new device about 2 weeks ago and it comes with the new copilot feature which includes the button, I have been using the button a bit frequently but 4 days ago i got signed out and when i tried to sign in it kept bringing me back to the verify your age screen and I couldn't get it to work since then.User's image

    Stuck on Verify your age screen. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:

    1.      Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve sign-in issues. Try this and then attempt to sign in again.

    2.      Check Your Microsoft Account: Ensure that your Microsoft account details, including your date of birth, are correctly entered. You can do this by signing into your Microsoft account on a web browser and verifying your personal information.

    3.      Use a Different Device or Browser: Try signing in from a different device or browser to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your device or browser.

    Update your age on your Microsoft profile to reflect an age significantly older than 18, even though you are already over 18.
