how to recover unsaved work on microsoft office project

I was working on project planning, I then suddenly turn-off the PC without saving the work (unintentionally). now i want to recover it, how to I go about that?

You can try to these steps to recover your project planning files:

1. Check AutoRecover Files

If you were using Microsoft Project, it might have an AutoRecover feature:

Go to File > Options > Save.

Note the AutoRecover file location path.

Open File Explorer and navigate to the AutoRecover file location and check the file with extensions like .mpt.

2. Search for Temporary Files

Windows often creates temporary files that might contain your unsaved work:

1. Open File Explorer:
   • Press Win + E.
2. Search for Temporary Files:

• In the search bar, type *.tmp or *.asd (for Word documents) and press Enter.
  • Look through the results for files that match the time you were working.
