SQL Server 2019, when starting SQL Server Agent, an error message appears: The SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER) service on the local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically when they are not used by other services or programs.

The reason is that when I connected to the database through ssms, I found that there was no "Task Schedule" in "Management", so I could not create an automatic backup plan. I found that the status of the SQL Server Agent service was disabled in Windows Services, and when I tried to start it, the following error was generated.
